Orders generally ship within 2-7 business days for assorted, regular stock items. Our "Package Deal" orders will ship generally in 1-2 business days. For any special requests, special order items or if we are out of a specific style, we ask to allow 10-14 business days to complete all. When your order ships you receive a shipping email notification from UPS or USPS and it includes your tracking number. The email is sent directly from the shipping carrier, UPS, or USPS, so please check your spam folder. Please do not email us for status inquiry until after 14 business days as your order is still in process waiting on more sizes coming in transit. Please note that orders submitted using a credit card belonging to a different name are held and may require credit card authorization before shipping. Orders may be held or possibly marked canceled if we consider it to be a fraudulent or a questionable transaction.
